We bought an older house a few years ago and have been renovating it step by step ever since. Unfortunately, we've found that most companies these days don't seem interested in small jobs. For months, we watched as more and more water seeped through the light well under the window, through the brickwork, and into the basement during rainstorms. After we contacted B.E.A., they immediately inspected our basement and shortly thereafter sent two workers who fixed the problem on a Friday morning. We always thought the problem couldn't be too serious, but no one else seemed willing to take it on until then. For their dedication, we give them all the stars we can give. Thank you!
In one of my houses, built in the 1970s, there was a room with a mold problem in the corners. After an analysis and a remediation proposal, BEA implemented it very cleanly. The remediation was completed three years ago, and the problem has been resolved to my complete satisfaction!
