It's a new place but people in the store are quite rude
On March 11th, I received the dining table I bought. It was damaged. I contacted XXXLutz customer support on the same day. On March 17th, I received a message that the tabletop is expected to arrive in 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks passed, and I contacted them again to ensure the tabletop arrives before Easter. Well, guess what? It eventually arrived at 09.05!!! Meaning I waited two months to have a normal table in my apartment! Of course, the payment for the table was already taken! On March 31st, I received the leather sofa I bought. It has two scratches - on the back and on the bottom. I contacted the customer service on the same day. They initially offered me a voucher of 100 Euros for that. That's very rude! They don't even bother to ask how they can make me feel better about the incident. They think they can make people shut up by giving them vouchers. Of course, I said no. Money can't buy me, and of course not vouchers for XXXLutz. Several days later, after showing them I am really not going to give up, they said that they will contact the manufacturer. A day or two after that, they said that the manufacturer should contact me within 14 days to arrange a check in my apartment and see what he can do. Today we are on the 13.05 and no one called me. Although I already contacted XXXLutz once or twice during this period, hoping to make things go after. But I was wrong. Disrespectful, ignorant company. Their power and money made them lose their mind. In a second thought, I would sleep and sit on the floor rather than buy from XXXLutz again!!
We had an excellent experience at XXXLutz, thanks especially to Mate Makovics, one of the employees who assisted us. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout our visit. We arrived at around 4 PM and stayed past 5 PM, yet he never made us feel rushed or unwelcome despite the time we took. His professionalism and understanding truly stood out. I highly recommend this store for its great service and dedicated staff👌

My experience with XXXLutz company was extremely disappointing. I ordered a bed, dining table, and wardrobe online about two months ago, but I encountered problems with every delivery. The first time, they failed to deliver the bed despite me taking time off work to be at home for the delivery. Despite calling multiple times during that day, the customer service was unhelpful and just said that they would come, which they never did. Eventually, we set up another arrangement and they came on a different day. When the dining table was delivered, it was damaged. XXXLutz promised to order a replacement, but it never arrived. The wardrobe was also incomplete when it was delivered, with two doors and scrolls missing. It took a long time for the installers to realize this, and the customer service initially promised to send the missing parts. However, they later called me to say that the main company did not have the parts and that they would take back the wardrobe and refund my money. Since then, I have called them multiple times to set up a time for them to take back the wardrobe and refund my money, but they have not followed through. They are eventually coming to take the wardrobe back on Friday, but it has now been three weeks and they still have not refunded my money. Despite multiple calls and promises to transfer the funds, nothing has happened. The customer service representatives are unfriendly and unprofessional, and have been no help in resolving the issue. Overall, my experience with XXXLutz company has been a complete nightmare. I cannot recommend them to anyone, and would advise others to avoid them if possible. Their delivery service is unreliable, their products are of poor quality, and their customer service is terrible. Update: Please refrain from attempting to deceive us by sending a generic response template. I sent you an email four days ago, which remains unanswered. Furthermore, despite collecting the wardrobe on Friday, you have failed to transfer the money as agreed. I am puzzled by your claim that my request will be promptly addressed. What exactly do you mean by this statement? Additionally, I had requested a voucher as compensation for the time wasted due to your delivery failure, but your manager rejected the request. It is evident that you neither prioritize your customers nor value their time.
