We visited the DANA Doors branch on Salzburgerstraße in Linz and were advised by Peter. He was truly fantastic – very competent, friendly, and completely genuine. We felt comfortable from the very beginning. What was particularly positive was that he never gave the impression of trying to push anything on us, but instead advised us with extensive expertise and honest recommendations. Highly recommended!
High-quality DANA doors were installed by Da.Blaimschein in such a way that they are flush with the floor and the adjustment screws are at the top stop. The doors cannot be adjusted upwards. DANA refers to the installer who was recommended and therefore selected by DANA.
Buying Dana products means buying twice. Their supposedly high-quality adjustment hinges don't live up to their promises. After a while, they pull out further and further until the door is ripped off its hinges. Repairing them is difficult and very expensive. When I contacted customer service, they declined to comment. Absolutely not recommended. Not premium quality for me.
