After a power outage, we urgently needed an electrician. Our refrigerator and freezer were affected, meaning we had over a month's worth of food stored there. The electrician and an apprentice arrived about four hours later. The problem was quickly identified and repaired very professionally by this young team. A huge thank you to both gentlemen and also to the two ladies who answered the phone. We are very happy to have found such a competent company in our area and will certainly contact Herzog again if we ever have another emergency. Many thanks again!
