Great buy! This small air conditioner for rooms up to 18m² (the price-performance ratio is a BIG deal because it's currently on sale) is a little powerhouse and cools the room from 27 to 22 degrees Celsius in about 2-3 hours 👍🧊 Setting up is quick, although I have external blinds on the window, which is very helpful. The unit even came with the mounting bracket with the hole for the exhaust hose! It creates a very pleasant indoor climate, and the noise level is so-so.

I brought the machine in for repair. It's quick, as the machines are inspected in-house, according to an employee. After dropping it off, I received a message saying it would take three weeks because the coffee machine would be sent to a repair shop! Two weeks, and the repair costs were the same as for a display unit! But there's a repair bonus! Added bonus: Parts that have already been replaced are also broken!?!?
