The initial contact and consultation with Mr. Peter was excellent. Good information, very helpful, and a quick quote. The worker arrived on site on time, did a perfect job, was very friendly, clean, and left everything tidy. I highly recommend this company. (The job involved a creaking wooden floor in an old apartment; old ship's deck boards were screwed in place and chipboard was installed as a floating floor. The result is fantastic.)

Unfortunately, we cannot fully agree with the generally positive reviews. A distinction must be made here. On the one hand, there are the employees who carried out the work, and on the other hand, the management. The workers performed to our complete satisfaction, and we are very grateful to them! However, the assessment of the managing director, Mr. Peter, is quite different. This initial positive impression, which led us to commission this company to install a new wooden floor in our living/dining area, including the kitchen, gradually turned negative as the project progressed. Mr. Peter was not only inflexible and irritable about a rescheduling, but after the installation was completed, he refused to take back a leftover quantity of wood. This leftover wood had only resulted from his own overestimation of the required quantity. After he initially categorically refused to accept the return, and we subsequently contacted the wood supplier directly and handled the matter with the company ourselves, Mr. Peter agreed to credit the cost, but not without deducting a fee. We had already transferred the money for the order in advance, but a small balance of just under €15.00 remained in our favor. When we asked Mr. Peter to refund this amount, he refused and demanded that we collect the remaining balance in person at his shop. To our great surprise, we were then handed three packages of 5-cent coins, each worth €5.00, weighing a total of 1.2 kilograms. Mr. Peter was aware that a round trip from our home to Linz takes approximately 60 kilometers and about an hour, so we didn't engage in any further discussion, accepted the three packages, and ultimately exchanged the coins at our bank to avoid wasting any more time. In retrospect, we regret our decision, as the outcome doesn't justify the hassle and time wasted, nor the higher price compared to three other competitors!

Unser Parkettboden wurde ordentlich und schön verlegt. Gute Qualität! Haben Böden, Türen und Stiege machen lassen, und spontan eine Mauerabdeckung bei der Stiege dazu. Sieht alles schön aus. Hatten eigene zeitliche Schwierigkeiten beim Estrich trocknen und Termin für die Küchenlieferung, auch hier war eine perfekte Koordination mit Roomart möglich; kamen uns sehr entgegen! Sind voll und ganz zufrieden! Vielen Dank!
