We finally fulfilled our long-held dream of a new bathroom/toilet. The planning process was overwhelming for us, so we searched online and found Team Werk, Fabian Forstinger, and made an appointment. Quite by chance, we came across TEAM-WERK GmbH / Steinberger Group while searching for a company for our long-overdue bathroom renovation. After the first meeting, our impression was – very friendly, very competent, very open to our ideas. At the second meeting, where we already had concrete plans and templates, we were still very skeptical. We wanted everything tiled, on the walls and floor, and since it was convenient, we also wanted to replace the old ceiling panels. That would be expensive! At the next meeting, the master painter from Team-Werk happened to be there, and he informed us that the whole thing could be done differently. Not with tiles, but with paint and paneling on the walls, a new vinyl floor, and the ceiling wouldn't be a problem either. He took his time and explained everything to us patiently, thoroughly, and in a way that was easy for non-experts to understand, and of course, very competently. So that's what we went with. On the agreed start date, the first tradespeople arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m., and then things progressed very quickly. Unfortunately, the tiles couldn't withstand the pressure any longer and therefore had to be removed from the walls. No problem at all. The tradespeople from TEAM-WERK GmbH and Steinberger handled this promptly without any significant delay. After a week and a half, our new bathroom was finished. In conclusion: ALL the tradespeople involved were not only extremely professional, but always punctual, always friendly, always available to answer questions, and ALWAYS hardworking, like bees. Everything was always tidy and swept up by evening. The management, Mr. Forstinger and Mr. Steinberger, and of course Mike, the master painter, were always reliable contacts and helpers. The teams from Team-Werk GmbH and Steinberger will continue to be our first point of contact for any upcoming or necessary work in our apartment, because top quality at reasonable prices is always in demand.
