I was visiting from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, the United States of America. I was treated extremely well by Lavinia who I would like to recognize as a fantastic employee, that made me feel right at home. The gym was clean and the amount of equipment was awesome and the experience was wonderful again. Thanks to Lavinia, I felt welcome and right at home. I was a member of this club 4 years ago, immediately after it was changed form Holmes Place to John Harris. Club is amazing! Love the pool! Gym area (even is there are not so much weight possible at the machines ;) ) BUT! SERVICE!!! Customer Care! OMG!!!! Really? Please do something! The place is amazing but your reception ladies is killing everything! When I was a member 4 years ago I paid a monthly fee around 89 euro I had towels and parking for 2 h included. When I came last week as an "ex" member - I paid 25 euro for 1 day, 1.5 for each towel and for a parking! At first at the reception, I was expecting a treatment as it was before with all explanations, I never beed "not a member" for this club and I dont know a conditions. I paid 25 euro - went to a changing room and realised that I didnt get a towel - I cam back to the reception - lady said I should pay 1,5 for it. Its ok - I came back with 1,5 - and ask for a towels - she gave me 1.. I said, I need 2 towels, and she said - ok then u should pay 1,5 more. I had like 2 euro with me at the pocket - I said - ok take this 2 and when I will go to a gym area - i will give you 1 more euro.. But she said, no, Im sorry. // REALLY?// Then I decided to ask if my 2h parking is include as it was before - and she said NO. Its just for a members.. ???? // REALLY?// So I pay 25 euro for about 3h and I dont feel treatment as a real member? I was expecting that is the idea of 1 day test, that the costumer will be super happy and feel a part of the club. and not like "something" Dear Hohn Harris! Its not a first time Im facing such a bad service at your fitness studios! If somebody from your team will read it (which I dont think) - do something! The clubs are amazing!! And not just this one, there are also cool clubs in Vienna, BUT!! because of your stuff members and treatment of the customers I will always recommend only Holmes Place and not John Harris. (I wish it would be different) Big disappointing after 4 years not being at the gym! I can feel this difference very much. Thank you for reminding me why I quit your gym. Kind regards Kate
