They're responsible for winter maintenance on Enzenwinkler Street in Leonding, but unfortunately, there's no sign of it. Despite repeated complaints from our property management company, ISS hasn't done anything. They didn't grit the sidewalk again today, nor yesterday, and it's not the first time I've slipped on the frozen ice at the entrance. Despite multiple calls, the company refuses to take responsibility. But they're still collecting the money. Simply unbelievable. Thanks for your reply, although I don't expect anything positive to come of it. Mr. Fischer from the Upper Austrian Housing Association (OÖ Wohnbau) hasn't gotten anywhere with his complaints to you for weeks, so why should anything change now!?
