We carry out cleaning and caretaker services on behalf of my landlord. During these services, my car was damaged. I reported this to the cleaning team several times by email (first in September), but despite repeated requests, I have received no response to date (end of November). Accidents happen, but then you have to take care of it and NOT (like this company is doing) simply ignore it. It seems that legal action is the only option against this company!
The attic is only cleaned after a complaint and with laundry. Otherwise, they just fill out a form. There's no notification of when it will be cleaned. The company doesn't respond to emails. But you still have to pay for this service.
