Unbelievable, this company... We've been waiting for weeks for a quote that was promised to us for the same day (and this isn't even for a large order that would have required special calculations). I've called five times and haven't received any feedback, no answer, no callback – nothing. The only person who's nice and helpful is the woman on the phone. Unfortunately, companies like this are doomed. If they don't want to, they don't want to. Absolutely NOT recommended. *UPDATE: Dear Ms. Klaushofer, That's all well and good, but when the boss (in the electrical department) promises me a quote the same day, and I have to call five times and still don't get an answer (let alone a callback), then your words are worthless – sorry. It's just marketing and customer retention fluff. If you were looking for a solution, someone would have called me and given me a quote. We had our bathroom completely renovated by Bichler. The advice from everyone involved was excellent and highly competent. All the work by the tradespeople (technicians, plumbers, tilers, and electricians) was carried out to our complete satisfaction and with great expertise. The project was also completed on schedule. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Beware of this company!!!!! Between October 20th and 21st, due to a mishap by the technician, 600-700 liters of water leaked from our buffer tank, flooding five rooms. The damage was reported on October 21st, 2025, and construction dehumidifiers were immediately set up. They were in operation for seven days. After numerous phone calls, I received a response on November 12th. The damage has still not been settled, let alone reported to the company's liability insurance. Now, my only recourse is legal action, which I have initiated. This company believes they can get away with it by playing dead. The invoice is also being reviewed by consumer protection, as several items are excessive. For example, a Ladomat 21/60 costs €520 to purchase directly, but was sold by Bichler for almost €1200 plus tax. Several items are more than double the original price.

Absolutely professional and customer-oriented execution of the order from the very beginning. In particular, the technician, Mr. Jerpelea, was a master of his craft and completed the work to my complete satisfaction. The company slogan "Everything BICHLER, everything good" is entirely accurate; I can wholeheartedly recommend Bichler!

After comparing with other installers, I decided on Bichler (air source heat pump). The initial consultation with Mr. Heindl was very competent and comprehensive. The office, with its work preparation, scheduling with customers, and delivery and scheduling of the installers, was top-notch. A big compliment also goes to the two installers who completed their professional work to my utmost satisfaction. A big THANK YOU to the entire Bichler team.
