This involved replacing my gas heating system with an air source heat pump. I really wanted a Daikin heat pump. Luckily, I came across H&S. The expert advice, the quotation process, the scheduling, and the implementation of the conversion from gas to heat pump by Haider and Schatzdorfer were outstanding. I recently (April 2024) had an air conditioning system installed by Haider & Schatzdorfer OG, also known as hs-klimatechnik, and I can't say enough positive things about it! From the very beginning, I was impressed by the two young owners. It was immediately clear that they weren't trying to sell me unnecessary extras, but were instead interested in finding the best solution to meet my needs. Our main concern was installing two indoor units powered by a single outdoor unit. Finding the optimal placement in my apartment proved a bit tricky, but thanks to their creative ideas and their ability to implement them, we found a great compromise. By cleverly relocating a lamp (which I did myself), we ensured that the entire apartment is optimally cooled. Before the installation, I had some concerns due to the age of my building, which unfortunately proved to be true. Nevertheless, there were no additional charges for the extra work (approximately 4 hours of extra labor). This shows that Haider & Schatzdorfer OG not only offers fair prices (which were around 20% cheaper than those of their competitors), but also provides excellent customer service. I would like to emphasize that my decision to hire Haider & Schatzdorfer OG was not only based on their cost-effective offer, but also on the immediate trust I had in them. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services and am extremely satisfied with my new air conditioning system.
