We had a power of attorney and a will drawn up. The process was thoroughly explained and discussed, and the process was quick. Excellent.

I was assisted by Mr. Zankl and can only speak highly of him. A notary who is not only very competent but also very empathetic towards the bereaved!

We had an appointment at 4:30 PM on June 29, 2023, but left at 4:45 PM without having accomplished anything. No apology or anything of the sort. This is no way to win new customers, but perhaps they don't earn enough money on just two advance healthcare directives.

Highly competent, reliable, friendly, and kind – highly recommended. Thanks again for the flexibility! The change in management was also very affordable, so certainly not expensive.

We needed a notarization (at the hefty price of 62.30), and when I had it done, I made the mistake of writing my daughter's name instead of my son's. The same notarization was corrected the next day and charged again at 62.30, with the comment, "Well, that's not our fault." Each time, I had to wait half an hour before anyone in the empty office bothered to process the notarization. My plea to the firm to stop charging me twice for the same document was dismissed and ultimately met with a reminder notice, which cost an additional 20.40. I would not recommend these notaries for ethical business reasons.
