One treatment will very likely not be enough, and that's perfectly normal. Almost every exterminator makes this promise and can't keep it. Unlike others, however, your employees didn't shirk their responsibility. 2. I wouldn't recommend heat treatment because the bedbugs will then seek out cooler areas. 3. Many exterminators use products to which the bedbugs are immune; Adonex has a very effective product.
