I called about an urgent hornet problem in my apartment and explicitly stated that I am allergic to hornet stings. The representative took my name, phone number, and address and assured me I would receive a call back within minutes. This call never came. I waited for hours and received no response whatsoever. In a situation where a customer's safety is at stake, such behavior is completely unacceptable. If you promise a callback, you should keep it or at least inform the customer if a visit is not possible. I ultimately had to hire another pest control company. Unfortunately, this service is unreliable.
