Installation was carried out by Mr. Pfeffer, who installed a bird net on my balcony. He was also very competent during the installation. And the price was reasonable. Several years ago, they provided professional service at a fair and reasonable price, with staff who were quick and easy to work with. After the pest control treatment, they personally confirmed that everything was perfect. Therefore, we contacted them again when our daughter had a pest infestation in her apartment. They found a quick solution and even provided the treatment free of charge. We are absolutely satisfied! Highly recommended!

In mid-June 2022, we commissioned a service provider on behalf of a client to successfully eradicate pantry moths from a rental property she was about to move into, and subsequently clean the property in preparation for her move-in at the end of June 2022. We made an advance payment on behalf of our client. Two weeks after the (alleged) treatment date, the moth infestation was still present. Photos show the infestation on July 13, 2022, after a second alleged treatment attempt. Furthermore, the service provider failed to perform the agreed-upon cleaning, and the property was still infested with live moths, cocoons, etc. My client explicitly disputed the invoices and is demanding a refund of the advance payment. This strongly suggests that the service provider is issuing inflated invoices for services that the client either cannot estimate or that they do not intend to provide. The company's legal representative then contacted our client aggressively by phone and threatened, among other things... with damage to the client's reputation and the safety of her dogs. Four weeks later, the client's landlord presented her with a letter from a debt collection agency, which appears to have received instructions from Atrox to collect an alleged (fictitious) invoice. Please decide for yourself whether you feel comfortable with this agency and compare the similar wording of the seemingly positive, alleged customer reviews for this provider.

I can only say that I am very satisfied with Mr. Pfeffer's work! The appointment was reliably kept with only a minimal delay (understandable given the traffic situation at 8:00 a.m. in downtown Linz), the process and arrangements were extremely straightforward and simple, the pigeon deterrent is of high quality, was installed safely and promptly. It works, and I finally have peace and quiet. I expect that my future contract with Mr. Pfeffer to install pigeon deterrents at another location will also go just as smoothly. I will certainly provide an update on that. All in all, I can absolutely recommend the services of the company and Mr. Pfeffer.
