Many thanks for the great help, Mr. Kafka and Mr. Diesenhofer, for the wonderful assistance this evening after a heating failure. I am trying to describe everything here in detail; the technicians were very friendly and very experienced, and the price-performance ratio was excellent.

I've never experienced such incompetence. Due to a heating failure on Sunday, my tenants called the emergency service, and as the owner, I inquired shortly afterward. Firstly, he was completely unfriendly, offered no information whatsoever, and when I questioned him about it, he said, "I was just taking a nap" (at 11:10 a.m.!?). I instructed him to take a look at the heating system. My tenants then informed me that he wasn't coming after all (why? I have no idea), but that he would reliably come on Monday between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. After he still hadn't arrived by 10:30 a.m. and my tenants couldn't reach him by phone, I called. He claimed to remember nothing and said he didn't know what I wanted. I told him he didn't need to come anymore and hired another plumber. I can't understand the many positive reviews. But perhaps I was just unlucky or got the wrong employee. : ... Conclusion: What is the point of offering an emergency service if people are not willing to come, and why is a promised appointment not kept?

A disaster – completely unprofessional and overpriced. Three people showed up for a simple job, demanded more money, and were rude. We paid far too much.

We called the emergency service on Sunday morning because our heating wasn't working. The technician arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. The entire process was professional and well-organized.

A burst pipe in the bathroom forced us to call the emergency plumber. The plumber arrived quickly and sealed the leak promptly. The work was done cleanly and professionally.
