I had a washing machine connection installed, and the initial contact was extremely positive. I'd particularly like to emphasize the quick response – I even received support well after 10 p.m., which is by no means a given. For an initial assessment, I was able to send photos and promptly received a transparent cost estimate. Unfortunately, this level of openness and professionalism isn't something you experience with all service providers. The agreed-upon appointment on Friday was kept without fail – Samir arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. Although there was a minor issue at first, and the washing machine didn't work immediately, Samir didn't let me down. He took the time to analyze the cause and was ultimately able to resolve the problem (a blocked water filter). Overall, an extremely competent, dedicated, and customer-oriented service. Highly recommended!
