Despite a tight schedule, a straightforward solution was found that was more than satisfactory. Based on a photo I sent, the problem was immediately identified, and the simple solution was discussed right away. Thank you for your expert advice. Highly recommended. All the best!
We contacted Mr. Valon late one evening regarding a faulty valve on the washing machine. Although it wasn't an emergency, the valve was repaired that same evening. Such friendly and highly competent service, where the customer is the top priority, is rare these days. Thank you, Valon, for this service!
This was the third time we've hired Valon Installateur, and once again we're very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and speedy response. Valon repaired a major water leak in the kitchen, caused by a concurrent drain blockage, on the same day. They also recommended another company that works just as reliably and professionally for the remaining renovation work. I can wholeheartedly recommend Valon to anyone!
Really friendly and fast. I had a problem with my gas boiler. The holiday season is going on. Everything is closes. But they are the saviour. Saved my new year.
On December 24th of this year, I had a burst heating pipe and contacted Mr. Valon. He immediately and very kindly offered his help over the phone and arrived quickly at my house. After about an hour of meticulous work, the gas boiler was working again, and we were able to enjoy Christmas after all. Many thanks for your outstanding, fast, and clean work!
