I spoke with a woman named Mühlböck about damage to my LG G2 mobile phone. The conversation about the damage assessment went disastrously. I was repeatedly accused of not listening, of having already said it 15 or 100 times, of other people waiting too…and of needing to describe the damage properly. I am disappointed that customers are treated this way.
