Habe mit einer gewissen Frau Mühlböck gesprochen wegen eines Schadens meines LGG2 Handys.<br>Das Gespräch über die Schadensaufnahme ist katastrophal verlaufen.<br>Mir wurde öfter vorgeworfen: höre nicht zu, hätte sie schon 15 x bzw. 100 x gesagt, andere Leute warten auch…und ich solle den Schaden ordentlich beschreiben.<br>Ich bin enttäuscht dass man als Kunde so behandelt wird.
