Efficient and friendly.
I can't give a good review about this company because they never replied to my messages/email despite my several follow-ups. I found it very unprofessional. Perhaps they already found someone and didn't feel a need to reply but that's not the way because nobody likes to be ignored.
They tried to force us tenants to pay for parking parking space that used to be free without providing any valid reason. They reacted very sluggishly in relation to necessary repairs to my apartment that had been left in an indecent state by the previous tenant. I have the impression there is a gratuitous predatory attitude. I warmly advise you to stay away, I have plenty of friends/colleagues that are very happy with their “private” landlords. Don’t make my mistake. Don’t rent from AREV.
Amazingly prompt, accurate and highly professional. We were given plenty of options to chose from within a day, all with detailed descriptions, and video-tour of the shortlisted objects. Upon our decision Arev have arranged all formalities and negotiations on our behalf. Besides, as a friendly ges ture from the very polite and knowledgeable staff we got all the needed tips and recommendations on where and how to arrange further matters related to our relocation. Arev made our relocation way easier that we were prepared to face. Top service, wonderful people! Our best recommendation!
