Super nice and pro active property management. I had a pigeon problem and could hardly use my balcony without fearing the worst. The Im-Quadrat team immediately took care of the problem. This is exactly what a tenant wants!
SUPER expensive, stay away!
Avoid this company by far!!! They will totally rip you off. I have been renting one of their apartments for five years. 1. They took the right to reimburse the costs for 4 years in the past which is completely against the law. 2. They have been overcharging utility costs for many years by using much higher index than the one stated in the renting contract. 3. When I informed them about their mistake about overcharging the utility costs, they canceled my renting contract. However they reimbursed overly charged costs as I hired a lawyer. I would at least expect an apology for mistake they did, but they rather acted childish and being offended. 4. The building I lived in was not maintained at all - it was a brand new building when I moved in. 5. I had to hire a lawyer to sort things out as it was impossible to talk to them and agree on anything. 6. They have been threatening me over the phone that they will charge me another month of rent after my contract would have already. Later they lied to my lawyer that they never said that and called me a lier. 6. I returned my apartment in a perfect condition having my lawyer present at the handover. 7. They have stated they will return my security deposit in full within 14 days after handing over the apartment. It’s the 14th day today and there is still no money returned to my bank account. 7. They have canceled my apartment contract but not my contract for an underground parking space - this one I should have canceled myself they said and will now have to pay rent for it for another two months even though I don’t live there anymore. I’m extremely disappointed and would recommend everyone to avoid this company IM Quadrat by far.
