We commissioned TR Plan Rendl GmbH for both the evaluation of a new construction project and the planning of upcoming renovation work. Mr. Rendl, a certified engineer, impressed us with his in-depth expertise in the Linz area. The combination of technical expertise and regional market knowledge was particularly valuable to us. During the new construction phase, defects were identified that we, as laypeople, would never have noticed, and the renovation concept is well-conceived and economically sound. Anyone in Upper Austria looking for a reliable builder with an eye for detail will be in excellent hands with Mr. Rendl. He is top-notch both professionally and personally! It's important to keep track of costs and to discuss them regularly with him, weighing the services accordingly, as billing is done on an hourly basis, not as a fixed price.

We have already worked with Mr. Rendl twice: Before the renovation of our centuries-old house, he advised us: highly professional, comprehensive, and detailed – this laid the foundation for a successful long-term project. Regarding the (as yet) unrenovated part of the existing structure, we recently sought his advice again on rising damp and mold prevention. Mr. Rendl once again succeeded in making the bigger picture and the details understandable to us, supporting us not only with his knowledge but also with his contacts, etc.
