I am very dissatisfied with Life-Real's way of working. Their processes seem uncoordinated and unprofessional. Customer concerns are hardly taken seriously, and one gets the impression that their focus is solely on their own profit, rather than on fair and customer-oriented cooperation. Overall, unfortunately, not a recommendable experience. :/
