Ich möchte hier eine insgesamt sehr positive Erfahrung mit Herrn Brückl, Immobilienmakler von Penz, teilen. Von Anfang an war die Betreuung sehr persönlich, engagiert und sympathisch. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass sich Zeit genommen wird und auf individuelle Fragen und Anliegen eingegangen wird. Die Kommunikation war überwiegend sehr gut und transparent, was gerade bei einem Immobilienverkauf enorm wichtig ist. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass man uns bei den Maklerkosten entgegengekommen ist – das war alles andere als selbstverständlich und sehr fair. Auch die Empfehlung eines Rechtsanwalts (unkompliziert und Kostengünstig) für die Erstellung des Verkaufsvertrags war äußerst hilfreich. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war lediglich, dass die Erreichbarkeit manchmal etwas schwierig war. Das hat den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck aber kaum geschmälert. Alles in allem eine sympathische, engagierte und sehr bemühte Betreuung von Herrn Brückl. Trotz kleinerer organisatorischer Hürden spreche ich gerne eine klare Empfehlung aus. Simon
