We recently moved into a rental apartment through Projektas and even though the apartment met our expectations, we faced significant challenges because the apartment owners did not rent us the underground parking spot, even though it was mentioned in the advertising. This lack of a dedicated parking space caused a very stressful situation for our family as finding available street parking nearby was extremely difficult. This led to multiple fines and even my car being towed away once. Throughout this difficult period, Mr. Andreas Gillmayr was incredibly supportive. He remained professional, responsive, and proactive, and thanks to his persistence, we were eventually able to secure an underground parking space, which has greatly improved our daily life. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend working with him. Mr. Gillmayr and the Projektas team truly goes the extra mile for their clients. Would definitely recommend their services.
