I would rate this as extremely poor and unprofessional. We arranged an appointment for 12 PM and drove all the way from Wels! But they forgot!!! And they didn't answer the call, they even refused it. It's very, very poor and unprofessional, and there wasn't even an apology. That's completely untrue. We scheduled the appointment for 12 PM, and my boss heard about it and gave me the day off on Tuesday at 12 PM! We drove 45 km and called their colleague! But unfortunately, they refused the call and later texted to say something had gone wrong with the appointment!!! They didn't even apologize!!! And they suggested another day!!! I drove 45 km from work and got an hour off!! And they didn't answer my call, so this is very unfair and rude.

Unprofessional workers, never trust this Immobilien, Specialy if your consultant is Richard Gottinger... Will never answer your phone call, voice message, text message even email ... Additional note: instead of improve their service to ask what was problem, they are calling me to delete my feedback 🤦
