A company was supposed to come through the property management company to repair a hole in the gutter and schedule an appointment with me. The company contacted me promptly, and the roofer arrived on time. We received a quote the very next day for a gutter extension to collect rainwater, and the roofer even brought samples with him. Perfect – that's how customer service should be. Unfortunately, there aren't more than 5 stars!
I initially called about a loose roof tile, made an appointment; it was fixed a week later. I also ordered three new skylights, which were installed in three working days. After the Christmas holidays, they installed new cladding. Super fast and efficient. I highly recommend them! 5 stars +
I've been waiting for a quote for seven weeks now. Despite four follow-up phone calls, during which I was repeatedly put off, and a written email asking if they were still interested, I haven't received any response – even though it's not a small job. It's frustrating to take time off work for a site visit, have someone come and measure everything, and then receive no information afterward. It would be fairer to let them know upfront if they weren't interested. My time is valuable and shouldn't be wasted unnecessarily. Clearly, the company doesn't need any business.

Super nice and hard-working craftsmen! Very punctual. Complaints are also handled very courteously and in a customer-friendly manner! I will only use this company for roof work from now on!
