The installation of our new PV system went absolutely smoothly, quickly, and cleanly. The excellent support with the grant application deserves special mention – everything was handled flawlessly and incredibly fast. The staff were punctual, friendly, and extremely competent. Highly recommended!
After a long and fruitless search for a company to complete and commission my partially finished solar system, including the storage unit, I finally found a reliable partner in enerix/Katzenberger. Since my previous electrician unfortunately went bankrupt, I was turned down by numerous electricians with my unfinished PV system; none of them wanted to commission a system not installed by me. As I already had an expansion planned for the south-facing facade, I received full support from Katzenberger. The expansion was completed on schedule and to my complete satisfaction, and the competent team of electricians also oversaw the installation of the third-party system until final acceptance. My thanks go to all the employees of Katzenberger involved, and I would especially like to commend Lisa Kögler, who dedicated a great deal of time, effort, and countless emails to ensure that all the installed third-party components were ready for acceptance and that the entire PV system was successfully completed until the funding approval was granted. I am, of course, very grateful to all the employees of Katzenberger involved. Should I need anything again, I now know where to turn...
