LZengineering was recommended to us by Swietelsky in Linz during our planning application process. From the very first meeting with Managing Director Jürgen Leutgeb, it was clear to me that this company prioritizes friendliness, competence, and reliability. Accordingly, it didn't take long to clarify the parameters and award the contract. Within a very short time, LZ revised our planning application and created a detailed construction and execution plan for Swietelsky. Since the company works with archiCAD, we, as the clients, received a BIMx file in which we could visualize the entire project in 3D. This true-to-scale visualization made it possible to perform an immediate clash detection and coordinate the construction trades in such a way that the subsequent assembly went smoothly. In addition to the planning, LZ also handled the site supervision for us. This included thorough project documentation, creating meeting minutes, monitoring the quality of the work performed by the various trades (according to current best practices), and negotiating change orders from the construction company. It's rare to find someone as knowledgeable about building standards (ÖNORM) and execution standards as Jürgen Leutgeb. Conclusion: The company's price-performance ratio is absolutely 10/10. I would gladly use their services again anytime! A clear recommendation!!
