I notified GWG that my windows were getting old. Shortly after, an employee from Dobler & Partner contacted me, the windows were measured, and after ordering the new windows, I received a delivery date. The window installers were very punctual and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. I can highly recommend Dobler & Partner.

Our large balcony door was installed today. The work was absolutely perfect. The workers arrived on time, were exceptionally friendly, and installed everything flawlessly and cleanly. Thank you so much – we are completely satisfied!

Scheduling appointments and placing the order went smoothly. The execution, however, was rather poor. The installation was subcontracted. Had we known this beforehand, we wouldn't have awarded the contract to Dobler. The new window frames now have black streaks (which cannot be removed), scratches, cuts, and chips. (The protective film must have been removed before installation; otherwise, the damage is inexplicable.) Both our parquet floor and our kitchen countertop were damaged. Walls—which aren't even near a window—were soiled with window foam, etc. Ultimately, we had to file a formal complaint before anything was done and someone finally came to rectify the damage. (Two appointments were scheduled, but no one showed up.) Only a few things could be improved. We still have the cuts, streaks, scratches, damaged parquet flooring, and damaged kitchen countertop. Dobler gave us a discount of a few hundred euros. In my opinion, that's far too little money for the extent of the damage. I can't even get the parquet floor sanded with that money… The windows were installed at the beginning of June. We paid at the end of August. That's how long the whole thing dragged on. We would never use Dobler again.
