My best experience with a service technician ever. My washing machine wouldn't drain, and I couldn't clear the water myself using the extra drain hose. The technician came the very next day after I reported the problem and helped me. In addition to repairing/cleaning the drain pump, he also checked the overall condition of the machine and gave me tips for extending its lifespan. Response time to my problem: 5/5 Competence: 5/5 Friendliness: 5/5 I highly recommend them.

The defect was discussed in detail with Mr. Zeppel, including the exact model and error message. His colleague then came. Although everything was known beforehand, the repair took three weeks. And it suddenly cost about €100 more. Our complaint about this was very rudely dismissed by the colleague. We definitely didn't think that was acceptable!
