I took a coffee machine in for repair. After a few days, I was informed that the electronics were defective and the spare parts were no longer available. I said I would pick up the machine. When I went to collect it, I was shocked to find only individual parts. When I asked where the screws went, I was snapped at and told the machine was just scrap anyway. They charged me the standard €36 for disassembling it! Then they were eager to sell me a new machine. I then took the broken machine to a more competent repair shop. They repaired the circuit board inexpensively, and the coffee machine works perfectly again. Never again will I use Appliance Service Salzburg!!
