A very happy customer from the first friendly phone call. Sony headphones were repaired free of charge under the manufacturer's warranty and arrived back to me well packaged within a few days.
My Galaxy S21 Ultra after 1 year of buying it started to restart itself every few minutes. After talking to Samsung help desk they said to give it to this service station and it will be repaired within warranty. It was repaired, and I asked them if it was still water resistant and they said it was. After taking few pictures under water, maybe 15 cm in depth, it shut down and did not start. I took it to another Samsung approved service station, it said that it is water damaged. So no, it was not water resistant, they did not do good job. I will never take anything to this service station.
