Perfect job done – everything measured and designed perfectly, installed on time and flawlessly, and operating without any problems since: Brix balcony railings (Nov. 2025, special installation to maximize usable balcony width, tight schedule due to scaffolding dismantling and bad weather). Also installed a year ago were the front doors and basement garage/workshop swing gate with security locks, and about three years ago, two garage doors and the electric motor opening of the two heavy iron garden gates – all remote controlled. Everything is working perfectly to date. If you need extensions or have any questions, they provide uncomplicated and immediate assistance.

I became aware of Czermak more or less by chance through a flyer about an open day. Our old garage door often got stuck and needed to be replaced. Mr. Cerimovic's advice was extremely competent and very friendly. I had many questions, all of which were answered very satisfactorily. During the natural renovation of our older house, a construction-related problem with the existing installation depth was discovered. Czermak found a customized technical solution, which is also so visually appealing that the garage entrance looks much nicer than before. So, not just run-of-the-mill standard, but a great effort to provide the customer with optimal support even in tricky installation situations. Others might have responded with "unfortunately, it's not possible." The installation of the gate by three Czermak employees was also excellent: they arrived on-site on time, quickly, fitted perfectly, and everything was neatly tidied. Top-notch work. I'm completely satisfied with the new gate and am confident that, should anything go wrong, the ongoing support and service will be just as professional.
