We've had Heuberger windows since 2003, and now (2026), the first minor repair was needed. One window wouldn't open anymore. I sent the repair request on Friday, and a technician was here on Monday! Excellent! The repair was a piece of cake for the professional, and he was also very friendly and personable! The bill arrived today, and it was perfectly reasonable! Not an exorbitant price, but fair. We are very satisfied! Best regards again from Hallwang!
I can only echo the sentiments of a previous poster. We are very happy with the windows, however, we are constantly having problems with the patio doors. Firstly, they suddenly won't close properly, and secondly, some don't seal completely. Since purchasing them in 2022, the service technician has been here countless times and has always been able to repair the doors. However, it's unacceptable that a service technician has to repair or readjust the doors every few months. Now that we are out of warranty, we have to bear the costs ourselves. For this reason, I unfortunately cannot recommend these doors.
Our house was renovated and we're also getting new windows from Heuberger. Everything went incredibly fast. The installation team was incredibly well-coordinated. They worked cleanly and efficiently. We're very happy! 🤩👍
