Very friendly and competent service! The father and his two sons explained to me perfectly over the phone how to proceed in an emergency over the weekend. All the hardware stores were closed, but I was still able to easily get the necessary safety device locally over the weekend, even though they normally only offer their services. They fairly pointed out that a service call on the weekend would be more expensive, but I could also have it done on Monday – highly recommended!

I can only echo all the positive reviews! Extremely customer-oriented, helpful, and friendly. And the pricing (for an emergency call-out on the weekend) is more than fair! Great job, keep it up!

Lightning-fast rescue during a power outage! Due to a mishap on my part, I lost power to my entire apartment. I called the Rehrl company, and Mr. Rehrl guided me through the problem over the phone. I just had to quickly buy some fuses, and presto, everything was working again. A heartfelt thank you to this fantastic company for their support. No rip-off here, just first-class customer service and very friendly, even though they didn't make any money from me. Therefore, 5 stars, and I would contact and hire this company again anytime.
