Extremely satisfied with the service! Initially, Ms. Augeneder helped me as a "telephone coach" (my oven had apparently been damaged by a short circuit). Immediately after my vacation, replacement parts for the oven were brought back for installation, but it was "only" the socket that had burned out! After a short phone call from the friendly electrician from Augeneder (who was also trained on-site), Neff is taking the heating elements back! Such friendly service is a pleasure.
