I absolutely cannot recommend this place and advise everyone to stay away... It's truly awful, they don't even care about their surroundings and have no clue about anything... Better steer clear of this dump. It was a complete waste of money.
Everything is clean again – the approximately 20-year-old toilet, which previously had heavy and unsightly limescale deposits that couldn't be removed with conventional cleaning products, looks almost like new. The couch also looks great after special treatment (the colors are vibrant again). The windows and the entire apartment (including the heavily dusted display cabinet and its contents/dishes) are spotless. Even the originally white patio tiles, which had turned dark gray, were cleaned with a pressure washer (including pre-treatment with a special device) and are now beautifully bright again.
I spilled milk on our carpet and needed help fast. MB Cleaning Service was literally "on the doorstep" the very next day and cleaned the carpet right there. So I didn't have to take the carpet anywhere and didn't have to make any extra trips. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price! Of course, I had checked with other companies beforehand – a carpet cleaning with them would have cost two to three times as much. And I would have had to take the carpet there and pick it up myself. We are really very satisfied. Thank you so much for the quick help!
