The Reindl company stands for something that has become rare: top-notch service, performance- and service-oriented, with expertise even for small, non-commercial customers. After my 10-year-old heat pump broke down shortly after Christmas, the service technician for the German brand diagnosed it as a total loss because the evaporator was leaking, a replacement part was no longer available, and there was no compatible outdoor unit in their product range. A quote for a new unit was given for €20,000 excluding installation. That's about €28,000 including installation and at least an 8-week waiting period. So, the only option was to repair the evaporator lines in the outdoor unit. Numerous refrigeration companies weren't even willing to accept a repair order or return my call. Reindl was completely different. After my initial contact with their headquarters, my request and the problem were forwarded, and two hours later, the owner, Mr. Wolfgang Reindl, called me personally. With competence, expertise, and a service-oriented approach, I was assured a high probability of successful repair, and just two business days later, my system was repaired by an extremely friendly and competent service technician. Leak detection was completed in 30 minutes. The bypass line of the coolant system had chafed and was leaking due to contact with the main line. The damaged section was hard-soldered, the system cleaned, flushed, and refilled in three hours. The system is running perfectly. I am extremely grateful to Reindl GmbH because I quickly had a warm house and hot water for my family again, avoided a pending investment of €28,000, and can likely continue to operate the system for many years to come. Total costs of less than €1000. Two things I learned: a) Buy a heat pump only from a company with comprehensive maintenance expertise. b) For maintenance and repairs, only trust a company that can actually fix what's broken and doesn't just replace parts on suspicion, parts that are no longer available after a certain age, rendering the system useless. Today, I would only buy a new unit from Reindl and will only have my system serviced by them. Reindl Kältetechnik is a company with expertise, service quality, and speed, which is essential for both private and commercial businesses in our fast-paced world. I can wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Reindl and will continue to do so. Thank you from the bottom of my heart; you didn't just repair a system, you changed our lives (saving us money and preventing us from having to move out of our house without heating).
