In the spring, we scheduled the date for our bathroom renovation. Together with Hannes Bichler, we visited the plumbing supplier IMPEX and selected the necessary materials (we received preliminary advice on what made sense, what was feasible, and the approximate costs). A few weeks later, we had a meeting at our home, where we discussed the schedule, cost breakdown, and plans for the bathroom's appearance. On November 4th, as planned, work began promptly. The schedule was adhered to precisely. Hannes Bichler was frequently present at the construction site and always available to answer questions. Since our bathroom is on the first floor, the workers had to walk through the living area. However, everything was perfectly covered, and in the end, the bathroom and house were handed over not just swept clean, but spotless. When our sewage pump and washing machine broke down in the basement during the renovation, Hannes was a lifesaver. The sewage pump was repaired almost as an afterthought, and Hannes was also immediately available when we needed a washing machine. At the follow-up meeting, the homeowner received a huge bouquet of flowers, including a pink rubber duck, and I got two fluffy towels. All in all, top-notch service – and the price was the same as the competitors' offers. Reliable and fair, a man of his word – you probably don't find that very often these days! And by the way: the bathroom looks absolutely fantastic, and we're thrilled.
