Mr. Werner Schmidt's perfect advice and creativity – taking all our wishes into account – led to our success. Ordering, delivery, and installation went smoothly and on time. Even minor additional requests were promptly and courteously fulfilled. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, and we are thrilled with the many technical features of the built-in appliances – we haven't even begun to explore them all yet ;-). The fact that he personally contacted us the next day to ensure everything was perfect demonstrates his exceptional customer service. I bought a kitchen from Küchen & Co and was advised by Werner – and I couldn't be happier! From the very beginning, the consultation was competent, friendly, and absolutely customer-focused.
