I finally managed to open the lock after a lot of effort. I'm very grateful for this honesty and helpfulness, which isn't something you can take for granted these days. I highly recommend them. He arrived very quickly and opened the door without causing any damage. The price was reasonable compared to others and exactly as discussed on the phone. He even kindly made some adjustments since the door and lock are a bit older. ๐๐
Called one morning because my lock was broken and they showed up shortly. The owner, even without speaking much English tried to help and sent over someone who could speak english and managed to fix my lock. They were very nice. Totally recommend their service
