Since we had already had a very positive experience with Rieder & Sohn, we deliberately chose this company again. This time, the plan wasn't just for the entryway, but for the entire apartment. PREVIEW An appointment for a preliminary viewing was arranged very quickly and easily. During this appointment, the rooms were measured using modern technology (laser), and all our questions (even the tricky ones) were answered completely. We also received expert advice regarding the ceiling moldings we might want, and even sample pieces to try out. ESTIMATE After the preliminary viewing, we received a detailed estimate based on our wishes and ideas. We've rarely seen such a detailed breakdown – excellent! You immediately know what you're paying for, what the costs will be, where you might be able to cut back, or what you might not need at all. Rieder & Sohn is definitely flexible. APPOINTMENT/EXECUTION We wanted everything done as quickly as possible, but because of the short notice, we knew it wouldn't be that fast. Nevertheless, we got an appointment very quickly, and it was even moved forward by a week. In the end, there was only about a week between the initial estimate and the start of the painting work. Sanding, filling, painting, repairing cracks...everything went smoothly. RESULT/RECOMMENDATION We are once again very satisfied with the work and can wholeheartedly recommend them. Everything was meticulously masked off, we were informed about every step, and the work was completed quickly. Everything from initial contact to final invoice was completed within 48 hours: simple, fast, and extremely professional. Absolutely RECOMMENDED! The painter was very knowledgeable and carefully inspected the walls and surfaces. He also took care of repairs (holes, missing brickwork) – all included in the price. We are very satisfied.
