We had hornets in the wall of our house. The expert from Micro Biotic was nearby and arrived very quickly. The treatment of the hornet's nest was just as quick and professional.
We had a rat infestation of unprecedented proportions, and the company Biotic sent the owner herself the very next day after I called. We noticed an immediate improvement. Excellent service, very friendly! We discovered a wasp nest, 20-30 cm in diameter. The owner herself was nearby and removed the wasp nest for us just two hours later. She even spotted a second nest that didn't escape her experienced eye! We are very satisfied, thank you so much for the quick help!
