I wanted to have my bathroom and toilet (approximately 5 m² in total) completely renovated. The site visit took place; the owner arrived late, but he had called beforehand – that was fine. Everything was discussed in detail on-site, and I was given a verbal quote of approximately €23,000. The written quote was supposed to arrive by email within a week. After 17 days, I finally received a message – but only informing me that the company couldn't take on the job due to "very high demand." This doesn't align at all with what I was told at the site visit, that the work could begin in about 6–8 weeks. I'm very disappointed with this whole process, especially since the company has exclusively 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, their communication and reliability are lacking.

Die Handwerker arbeiten nicht nur sehr sauber und qualitativ hochwertig, sondern sind auch ausgesprochen verlässlich – was heutzutage leider eine echte Seltenheit geworden ist. Von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Erfahrung, Sorgfalt und Handschlagqualität gearbeitet wird.
