As an English speaker in Slazburg this company was a pleasure to work with as the owner speaks English and was very professional with the whole process. Definitely recommend them to all different customers that would look to use them.

Everything from a single source. We completely renovated and enlarged our bathroom. We were very satisfied with the consultation and execution. You have one point of contact, a fixed price, and a fixed deadline. All the tradespeople were very friendly and worked cleanly.

Selected exactly the right company! We had the worst-case scenario in the summer of 2021: I live and work in Germany, 400 km from Bergheim, inherited the house from my father, and then experienced SEWER DAMAGE in the bathroom of the upstairs apartment, with water on the ceiling of the downstairs apartment. So, a complete renovation was under time pressure, and several companies were contacted. Some of the prices quoted were insane. Two companies were fair, but with Mr. Karalic, you could tell from the start that he had years of experience, and my gut feeling told me he would remain fair. And that's exactly how it is! Everything, including a brick partition wall, had to be torn out and disposed of. And all decisions were made only by phone and with daily pictures of the construction stages via WhatsApp and email, because I couldn't take three weeks off. Not only did he stick to the agreed deadline precisely, but he was also always available and reliable during the follow-up work after the drying process, etc. The work area was always neatly taped off with film doors, and there was no damage. Despite the unavoidable restrictions, the tenants themselves praised the workers' friendliness and precision. And the best part came last: not only did he stick to his agreed-upon fixed price (which was very fair compared to his competitors) and do an absolutely flawless job, I even managed to get a tiny discount from him :-) Hopefully, I'll have as much luck again as he did.
