As an English speaker in Slazburg this company was a pleasure to work with as the owner speaks English and was very professional with the whole process. Definitely recommend them to all different customers that would look to use them.

Everything from a single source. We completely renovated and enlarged our bathroom. We were very satisfied with the consultation and execution. You have one point of contact, a fixed price, and a fixed deadline. All the tradespeople were very friendly and worked cleanly.

We chose exactly the right company! In the summer of 2021, we faced the worst-case scenario: I live and work in Germany, 400 km each way from Bergheim, inherited my father's house, and then we had sewer damage in the bathroom of the upstairs apartment, with water on the ceiling of the downstairs apartment. So, a complete renovation under time pressure, and I contacted several companies. Some of the quoted prices were insane. Two companies were fair, but with Mr. Karalic, you could tell from the start that he had years of experience, and I had a feeling he would remain fair. And he did! Everything, including a brick partition wall, had to be torn out and disposed of. All decisions were made by phone and with daily photos of the construction phases via WhatsApp and email, because I couldn't take three weeks of vacation. He not only kept to the agreed-upon schedule but was also always available and reliable during the follow-up work after the drying process, etc. The work area was always clean and sealed off with plastic sheeting, and there was no damage whatsoever. Despite the unavoidable disruptions, the tenants themselves praised the workers' friendliness and precision. And the best part came last: he not only adhered precisely to his agreed fixed price (which was very fair compared to the competition) and worked impeccably, but I even managed to negotiate a tiny discount :-) I hope I have as much luck with another contractor as I did with him.
