I used to always take out insurance policies through acquaintances and friends. Practically all of us have an insurance broker in our close circle or close family! ;-) That often worked out very well, until my acquaintances changed careers, and then I was practically just an anonymous number to the insurance companies. I wanted to change that and then came across Cebco – the references convinced me, and I've been a delighted customer for about five years now. My conclusion: The agency is practically a family business, and from the boss himself (Christoph Berghammer) to the actual boss ;-) (Elke Berghammer) and the junior boss (Nora Berghammer) and assistant (Cornelia), we've always received excellent service! They really go the extra mile for their clients and even optimized some existing contracts for us, so I was able to save a lot of money – without receiving any fewer benefits! I now have my entire family insured there (health, accident, legal protection, dental, etc.), and whenever a need for insurance coverage arose, it was always handled quickly and without red tape! Even in difficult cases! We recently had a baby, and unfortunately, our son had very poor heart rates, so we had to be admitted to a special ward. This, of course, involves considerable costs. But everything was handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction (I would also like to thank Merkur Insurance!). The Cebco team gets 5 stars from me – they have never let us down once. I highly recommend them to everyone!
