This property management company stands out for its incompetence, poor customer service, and, especially in the accounting department, a palpable sense of understated aggression towards some clients. My conclusion, after my utility bill was transferred directly to the new owners without any prior exchange of information...never again! For many years, the management by the Gerlich company was very satisfactory and professional. Frequent water damage in my apartment, caused by a leaking roof, was quickly and effectively repaired by a roofer. In December 2023, I reported another water leak. In the summer of 2024, my roof terrace was opened to determine the cause. The hole was supposed to be sealed after six weeks. To this day, it hasn't been, and all attempts to contact them (including through a lawyer since the summer of 2025) have gone unanswered. The problem remains unresolved, and the status of the case is completely opaque due to the lack of communication. The "value enhancement with foresight" advertised on the company website is, in light of the steadily worsening water damage, completely unfounded.
