Dr. Gerlich's team works reliably, professionally, and with a focus on solutions. Requests are handled quickly and cost-effectively, and communication is friendly and pleasant. Competent support is always available should any questions arise. I particularly appreciate their excellent accessibility and dedicated service. A property management company you can rely on – highly recommended!
This property management company stands out for its incompetence, poor customer service, and, especially in the accounting department, a palpable sense of understated aggression towards some clients. My conclusion, after my utility bill was transferred directly to the new owners without any prior exchange of information...never again! This is not what justice and professional competence look like. Absolutely not recommended! R. Tusini

Outstanding property management company! From top to bottom, every member of the team is dedicated to assisting their customers. The company's unwavering focus on problem-solving is truly commendable. The CEO personally invests his time and passion, actively listening to and directly aiding customers. The building management team exhibits exceptional professionalism, providing clear documentation and consistently adhering to all legal requirements. I highly recommend their services!
