Customer service, service-oriented attitude, work speed and quality, and accessibility are miles away from what one would expect from a reasonably average property management company. Response times to reports and submissions can be up to several weeks. For unpleasant inquiries, there is usually no response at all. Some tasks that are standard components of proper property management are not completed at all (e.g., failure to report damage to the insurance company after water damage despite multiple reminders, failure to provide information on utility bills, etc.), while others are done incorrectly and half-heartedly. There appears to be a lack of qualified personnel, and the employees are clearly completely overwhelmed and/or demotivated.
Straight to the point, extremely professional! We had a house to rent out, and within a very short time, we were presented with pre-selected potential tenants. The friendly team made it easy for us to make the right decision. They work with great empathy and competence, taking into account the surrounding area, including the neighborhood, to ensure it presented a good overall picture. It's also worth mentioning that Vo Immobilien has an appraiser on staff if you need a property valuation. I can recommend this real estate company without reservation!
The company VO developments has completely changed our lives—into a complete nightmare! We've been living in filth for over a year, surrounded by construction debris and potholes. Unfortunately, the company hasn't responded to any of our attempts to contact them. I consider this behavior highly unprofessional and unethical.
